Phoenix Lab Studio is a dedicated All-on-X laboratory. We exist to do one thing better than anyone in the region — make sure the prosthesis seats, the conversion goes smoothly, and you never get caught short with a patient in the chair.
I've worked with Jessie for many years, both on full-arch cases and side by side on volunteer care for patients who need it most. That's a partnership built on more than just cases.
I've worked with Jessie and Phoenix Lab Studio on my full-arch cases for eight years. That kind of consistency doesn't happen by accident. Phoenix is who I trust with my patients' cases.
The foundation is analog — two decades of hands-on model work, denture finishing, and chairside judgment, built one case at a time. Digital is what ties it together: photogrammetry, exocad design, and CAM production, run by Jessie Potenciano, CDT, so the hands-on craft and the digital precision move as one workflow, not two separate shops.
Trained across model work, nightguards, teeth set-up, denture finishing, and AOX restorations. Earned CDT certification in Full Dentures — the foundation everything since has built on.
Worked closely with UCSF and University of the Pacific (UOP) dental schools, plus Highland Hospital, Valley Health Clinics, and CPMC — while piloting early digital AOX programs with Zest (Fixed LOCATORS) and Astra (Conus).
Led QC for removable and full-arch cases across 500+ doctors nationwide. Lectured on overdenture and digital workflow for Western Dental and for UOP and UCSF, and trained clinicians on Zimvie and Straumann Novaloc digital workflows.
Served as Lead Designer and CAM Specialist, running a photogrammetry-driven All-on-X design and CAM workflow across multiple milling and printing platforms.
Regular volunteer with CDA Cares, Project Homeless Connect (alongside SFDS), Give Veterans a Smile, and East Bay Stand Down — bringing removable and denture care to patients who wouldn't otherwise have access. On the lab side, our Arch for Arch program funds a free 3D-printed denture for a community clinic patient with every premium-tier full-arch case we fabricate.
That combination — real relationships with the schools that train the next generation of surgeons, direct working relationships with oral surgeons and periodontists on the surgical side, the discipline of QC at national scale, and enough surgery-day conversions to know what tends to go sideways before it does — is what Phoenix Lab Studio brings to every case sent to the bench today.
Finished full-arch restorations delivered for partner practices. Real cases, real function, real esthetics — across a full range of patients.
No crowns competing for the bench, no divided attention. One discipline, done completely: we stay with the treatment plan from design through the final restoration, so you always know the case is in focused, dedicated hands.
Verification built into the workflow before the final is milled, so a passive, accurate seat is what you can expect — every time.
When you're loading immediately, we're on call the whole time — and when a case warrants it, we're there with you chairside. Twenty years of conversions means we've usually seen what wants to go sideways before it does. You stay focused on the patient; we'll make sure the prosthesis is ready.
A full-arch technician you can reach when a case needs a decision — someone who already knows your case by name.
We stay with the case through every stage to the final, so nothing is ever left half-finished or handed off.
We run a fully digital workflow built for immediate load — dialed in over two decades and built to drop into the systems you already use. The details matter, which is exactly why we'd rather walk you through them face to face than list them here. Give us 20 minutes and we'll show you exactly how we'd handle your cases.
The best full-arch outcomes come from a lab and a clinical team that genuinely work together — planning cases side by side, talking through the difficult ones, and sharpening the workflow over time.
So we don't just take the case and disappear. We sit in on the planning, learn how your practice runs, and grow your All-on-X program right alongside you.
Start working with usWe bring your team together to work through real cases and tighten the digital full-arch workflow.
Continuing education on planning, conversion, and design — so adopting or scaling All-on-X is something we do together.
We collaborate on the design and treatment plan for each patient — not just fabricate what's sent over.
Most practices adding full-arch are clinically strong and under-supported everywhere else. We bring the parts that make an All-on-X program actually work.
Coordination and a reachable technician through placement and conversion, so the timeline holds and surprises don't.
Frameworks to help your treatment coordinator present, finance, and close full-arch cases with confidence — turning consults into starts.
Hands-on guidance on the digital full-arch workflow for you and your team — so adopting or scaling All-on-X isn't a leap of faith.
Every practice comes to us differently equipped — and that changes what we need to do. A clinic with an in-house 3D printer and intraoral scanner requires less from our side than one starting from scratch. We quote based on your actual workflow, not a one-size-fits-all fee schedule.
The two biggest variables are whether your clinic has an intraoral scanner and whether you have an in-house 3D printer or mill. Clinics that can handle their own scanning and provisional fabrication pay less for lab services — we step in for what you don't have.
We'll ask a few quick questions about your setup and give you a clear, itemized quote before any case is started. No guesswork, no surprises on the invoice.
Contact us with your clinic setup and we'll put together a specific quote within one business day.
Get a quote →No long pitch. Send a single full-arch case — scans, CBCT, photos — and see how we handle the planning, the fit, and the conversion. Then decide.
You'll reach the lab directly, not a call center. Call or text and we'll walk through your case personally.
